• View feedback insights via a dashboard

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Namma Rating. By using the Services, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into this agreement.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate business information. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account

5. Reviews & Feedback

• Customers submit ratings and feedback voluntarily.
• Businesses cannot change star ratings submitted by customers.
• Businesses may choose whether to share certain feedback publicly on Google.
• Namma Rating does not create, modify, or post reviews on behalf of users.

6. Google Reviews Disclaimer

Namma Rating is not affiliated with Google. All Google reviews are subject to Google’s policies and guidelines. We do not guarantee that any review will be accepted, displayed, or retained by Google.

7. Subscription & Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. If payment features are enabled:

• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled
• Pricing and billing details will be clearly shown before purchase
• Currently, payment integration may not be available in the first release.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the app for fraudulent activities
• Manipulate or fake reviews
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and software used in Namma Rating are the property of Namma Rating and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer the app.

Namma Rating is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for:

• Business losses
• Loss of reviews
• Third-party platform actions (e.g., Google)
• Indirect or incidental damages
